Subscribing
- Go to Billing
- Select a plan
- Add a payment method (credit card via Stripe)
- Confirm your subscription
Changing Plans
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the billing page. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.Payment Methods
- Add, remove, and set a default payment method
- Payment methods are securely handled via Stripe Elements
- Your first payment method is automatically set as the default (synced with Stripe)
- You cannot remove your last payment method if you have active pods, unpaid invoices, or pending usage charges
Invoices
View all past invoices with status (paid, pending, failed) and amounts. Click an invoice to see its details. Billing is prorated — you only pay for the days a pod was active during the billing period. The billing page shows both the monthly rate and the prorated amount for each pod.Credits
If your team has credits (from promotions or refunds), they appear on the billing page and are applied to future invoices automatically.Failed Payments
If a payment fails, your subscription enters a past_due state with a 7-day grace period. During this time:- Existing pods continue running
- New pods cannot be created
- All pods are suspended
- No new pods can be created
- Pay the outstanding invoice to reactivate
Paying a past-due invoice reactivates your subscription but does not automatically restart suspended pods. You’ll need to start them manually.
