Your account settings live under the account menu in the top right of the dashboard. They’re personal to you and separate from a team’s settings: SSH keys, API tokens, active sessions, and account deletion.

Active Sessions

Active sessions lists every live session on your account, so you can see what is signed in and cut anything off that shouldn’t be. Each entry is labelled by where it came from: Your current session is marked, so you can’t sign yourself out by mistake — that button says Sign out rather than Revoke. Click Revoke on any other row to end it immediately. Do this if a laptop went missing, or if you connected an app you no longer use — revoking is instant and doesn’t touch your other sessions.
Account menu → Active sessions, then Revoke on the session you want gone.

Deleting Your Account

You can delete your own account from Account → Danger Zone. Nobody has to do it for you and there’s no ticket to file.
Deletion is permanent and immediate. Every pod you own is destroyed along with its files, databases and backups, any active subscription stops, and none of it can be recovered. There is no grace period.
Before showing the confirm step, the page tells you exactly what will be destroyed — how many pods, whether a subscription is active — and lists anything that has to be cleared first:
  • An outstanding balance. Settle unpaid invoices before deleting, so a deletion can’t be used to walk away from a bill.
  • A team with other members. Removing people who share your team without warning would take their pods with it, so remove them or transfer ownership of the team first.
To confirm, you re-authenticate: enter your password, or — if you signed up with GitHub or Google and have no password — type your email address. Then click Permanently delete. Teams that someone else owns are not affected. You’re removed from them; their pods stay. Your billing history is kept as a financial record of invoices already issued. It’s no longer linked to a live account and no further charges can be made.
Deletion returns 409 with a blockers array when something still has to be cleared first.
You’ll get a confirmation email once it’s done.
Only want to stop paying? Cancel your subscription or delete individual pods instead — both leave your account, and your billing history, intact.
